Bill’s team came over yesterday and did a magnificent job of installing a new heat pump and a new furnace unit.  I really wanted to let you know that this was an outstanding crew. They did everything and I do not mean just technical their attitude, the way they handled everything in the house, they were really professional and rolled out the red carpet – literally. And Anna and Bill, you have got a fine son. That boy – he is natural, he is really smart, and he’s got a great attitude. He is perfect to interface with customers, and he certainly seems to know what he is talking about. So, I wanted to share that with you and thank you for the fine job!

We just want to convey our thanks and let you know how much we love our new heat pump. Though it’s only been a few months, we can hardly believe we used to live without it. It’s so much better than our old system! Our whole living area is so much more comfortable, and it really is easy to keep it that way and not have to adjust our thermostats(s) up and down every morning and evening like we used to.

We appreciate, too, how easy you made it to make this happen – from your initial assessment, how quickly you were able to schedule us, and how the installation team coordinated to get everything done in one day. Everyone was friendly and courteous and there was no mess when they were gone.

Hi Anna, Bill and the Ethans,

Roger and I are so pleased with our new heat pump system! 

One of our concerns had been the consistency of the heat/cooling from room to room because there are only two units (one on the top floor, and a smaller unit downstairs).  Bill assured us that this heat pump could handle it, and he was right!  It doesn’t matter what room in the house we walk in, the heating or cooling is consistent throughout.  There’s so very little noise, no air blowing, an exceptional product, and at least as importantly, Bill, Anna, the two Ethans, were so wonderful. When they came in, they spread out a red  carpet, and created the path to where the installs would be. When they left, the carpet was rolled up, and out with not one mess!

From our first meeting with Bill and Ethan to the project itself, and Anna’s follow-up call to ask how satisfied we are with [the] product and experience was exceptional, and puts smiles on our faces. Everything promised was on time, professional and reasonably priced.

Being new to town we didn’t know who to call when it was time to replace our old Trane heat pump. We have only one night’s experience with the new system, and can tell a major difference in the performance compared to our original Trane system.

We were very happy with the installation, removal of all the old items, plus an explanation of the filters for the air handler. We also were
quite pleased that the entire installation was finished by 5:30 PM. WOW !! We thought maybe it be later than this.

You are always delightful! Babbette and I really appreciate the work Bill and Ethan did installing our heat pump, and since you oversee the office and cannot witness the work they do in the field, we thought to share our experience.

In the midst of the recent heat wave, you all allowed us on very short notice to change out from a 2 ton unit to a 2.5 ton unit for a very reasonable price-thank you. On the day of the installation, Bill and Ethan arrived at our home and literally rolled out the red carpet from the front door to the air handler. While Ethan worked outside installing the heat pump, Bill worked inside installing the air handler; the  coordination between the two  was seamless  and the  quality of workmanship and attention to fine detail outstanding. Our new 2.5 ton heat pump works flawlessly.

Excellence speaks for itself; nonetheless, it is good to be reminded. Please thank Bill and Ethan for doing such an outstanding job and know they could not do such work without you-thank you Anna. Blessings to you and your family!

Another shout out! I’ve never used the a/c on the heat pump until now. This thing is a beast! 😀

When your tech came out to give it a tune up he did all the things to make it more efficient (like not aiming the heat at a wall). Adjusting! He showed me how to convert to the a/c and so, so glad he did! Lol, and he advised that to be the only thing to ever change.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. The new Mitsubishi air handling system that you recently installed in our home is exceptional. It is silent, powerful, easy to use and so efficient. We only wish that we had done this earlier. The preset options make it easy to have the system come on before we wake up and lower the temperature when we go to bed at night. No more freezing mornings or uncomfortably warm nights.

The installation was perfection and was completed the same day. Bill, Ethan and Ethan worked quickly and kept us informed each step of the way. Everyone was professional, polite and friendly. Anna made sure that we knew all the details and dates, and even gave us a courtesy call the day before installation.
